Word from the Ring Leader
Oh, hello, sweethearts. ;-)
We're about to head out to the airport. Sampsa, Brock, Bob, and I are flying over to Liverpool so we can make sure all the bells-and-whistles are in place for the show tomorrow.
The rest of Tsavo, 2nd Generation, and Bruce's crew will be catching a plane tomorrow morning.
My blog isn't letting me post, but I wanted to let you guys know what's going on.
1.) How did you meet your husband and how old were you?
He was there the night I was born. No joke, peeps.
2.) Was it love at first sight?
I can't remember a time when I didn't love him. He says the same thing... so, I guess it was. :-)
3.) How did you know you were supposed to marry him?
I fell in love with him... and I just knew. That and Dean and Marcellus were telling me I had to.
4.) What was the first date like?
Our first "date" was actually after we were married. We walked around Rovaniemi all day and then had dinner at Restaurant Nili. It was amazing. That's where I found out that I love Finnish wine and that reindeer is delicious.
5.) Where did your first kiss take place?
2007. ;-)
6.) Dating... local or long distance?
We make it a point to stay close.
7.) Do you know everything there is to know about your husband?
He's had a long life and I don't think I could ever know everything about his life.
8.) Were your parents supportive of you when you started dating?
My mom loves Sampsa. My dad is a bit iffy about him.
9.) Did you wait till marriage to have sex?
Yes. It was totally worth the nineteen years of waiting. :-)
10.) How long was it till you got engaged after you started dating?
We didn't date or get engaged or anything before we got married.
11.) Long or short engagement?
We were never engaged.
12.) Did you write your own vows?
We didn't have any vows.
13.) What was one of the things that attracted you to your husband?
Besides the obvious fact that he's a 6'3" breathtakingly beautiful Finnish man who has loved me since the day I was born? He's excruciatingly amazing with the kids.
14.) Do you believe he is your soulmate?
I never liked the term soul mate, but yes, Sampsa is.
15.) Are you happy that you married him?
I am blissfully happy.
Facts:
1.) Place your husband was born and date?
Helsinki, Finland on November 22. I'm not allowed to tell you his birth year. :-P
2.) Favorite movie?
Nightmare Before Christmas.
3.) Occupation?
Frontman of Tsavo.
4.) What is one of his favorite things to do on the weekends?
At the moment we've been so busy that we don't have free time. I'll get back to you on this one.
5.) What was his first thought of you when you first met?
He always says that he couldn't get over how small I was. Some things never change. :-)
6.) Does he snore at night while sleeping?
He doesn't snore. He does talk and mumble in his sleep though. He's going to be so annoyed with me when/if he hears that I just said that.
7.) What about farting in his sleep?
No. :-D
8.) If you could go one place with him anywhere in the world where would that be?
Rovaniemi... I want to go home.
9.) How often do you have sex?
Often. Whenever we're alone pretty much.
10.) Is he the best thing that ever happened to you?
He was there the night I was born. No joke, peeps.

Rock Against Bullying
This is a picture I took of Sarah while she was taking a nap in the hotel yesterday. She's been getting run ragged lately and finally got some rest. She fell asleep with her sunglasses on.Through a friend of Bruce Larkin, we got involved with a program called RAB, which stands for Rock Against Bullying.
We have signed on to go on a tour of schools to promote peace and goodwill. It sounds weird, but it's a great cause and we are excited to be a part of it.
We went to Virginia Wendall High School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania yesterday. We met a young lady named Michelle, 16, who has been getting harassed by Clay, 18, since sixth grade.
Michelle became the guest of honor at the performance we did for the school. Before we got to the actual performance Sarah gave a great lecture to them. One of the kids asked if she had any advice on how to keep sane. Sarah replied with a smile and said, "Laugh. Just laugh."
We'll be going to at least three other schools before TX7 starts in 6 days. I hope my vauva has enough energy left after all of this to spend time with me.
